This is a vintage 1990 Hess Toy Tanker Truck.  Features include:  dual sound switch, horn & back-up alert and real head & tail lights.  Plastic.  About 15" long x 3" wide x 3 1/2" tall.  Runs on (2) batteries (not included).  Not for children under 4 years of age.  Excellent condition (box has minor damage).
